What services that XPLOREX offers to the customers?

  • We do serve all travel agent services such as flight tickets, accommodations booking, transportations, ground handling, packages, tour guide and Visa. Also "special treat" will be given for those who appoint us to consult their trips.

2. BOOKING

How to booking flights, accommodations and transportations through XPLOREX?

  • Send us your trip information such as location to visit, date, passenger's details, ground arrangements needed and any special request during the trip.


When can start booking?

  • Book early! You can send us details about the service that you needs before the day of travelling (Subject to availability of the services). But please make sure that all the details are completed and you are ready with the payment after confirmation has been made.


Where can we booking XPLOREX services?

  • Booking can be made online through our website or contact us by phone, email or our social media channels.


How the payment process with XPLOREX?

  • You can secure your trip with deposit and pay balance 2 weeks before departure. But this process will be difference according to the date of the trip. Please contact us for more info during thie process.


When do I receive my confirmation and documents?

  • After you contact us for the services needed, we will email you a quotation. Once we receive your confirmation and the deposit, you will receive invoice from Xplorex and after the final payment has been made, you will receive all the documents for the trip.
  • If you book with a travel agent, you should receive all the documents and information directly from your agent.


What is the process if customer cancel the trip?

  • More than 7 days notice - 65% of the rate shall become due and payable.
  • Less than 7 days notice - 100% of the rate shall become due and payable. Once ticket is purchased, the ticket is confirmed. Any cancellation are considered forfeited.

3. PREPARING FOR TRIP

Do I need a Passport and Visa?

  • Customers need to make sure their passport are still VALID (at least 6 months validity before the trip) and any necessary visas. The visa requirements for your trip may vary depending on where you're going and your nationality. Reminder that it's important that you Check and Apply for each of the visas you need which in your home country and you should consult the relevant embassy if you need more information.


Do I need travel insurance?
